Grayson Recovery Services has been great! They have done repairs to my house twice now after a few slab leaks. Trevor and his team communicated well, worked with the plumber and the insurance company. They repaired drywall, painting, flooring (wood and carpet) and even did a few extra things I needed. They were great to work with and I highly recommend the company. Everyone there has been great!

Clean water on tile is an extraction job; the same volume into wall cavities means removal and rebuild. Free inspection, written line-item estimate before work starts.
No. In Texas you choose your own contractor. Carriers steer you toward preferred vendors, but those firms work under pricing agreements with the carrier, not with you. We work directly with State Farm, USAA, Travelers, Nationwide, Safeco and others, whether or not we’re on their list, and you can switch even after a vendor has been out.
Usually, if it was sudden and accidental, a burst supply line, failed water heater, or washing machine hose. Long-neglected leaks and natural flooding are typically excluded. Slab leaks are the local gray area: North Texas clay shifts and stresses lines under the foundation. Denials turn on documentation, so we photograph and take readings before anything is cut.
